Sweet Water beach is located 75 kilometres south of Chania, at the south coastline of Crete and 3-4 kilometres west of Chora Sfakion. 

Access from Chora Sfakion is possible by walking, around 30 minutes, and by boat.

Access from Loutro is possible by walking, around 30 minutes from a rather difficult path, and by boat.
